How to Order
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
- 30 Day account, subject to opening a credit account
- Proforma invoice
- Cheque with order
- Credit Cards, we accept the following cards:
Deliveries
You will be notified of the despatch date by e-mail or phone shortly after we have received your order. Generally all orders are despatched within 14 to 21 days of receiving your order.
Large items such as flightcases etc are shipped via carrier and will require a signature on receipt.
Non-Delivery of Goods
If your goods are not delivered to you within 5 days of the despatch date you must notify us immediately.
Damage in transit
Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Please check the cases and contents immediately upon receipt, and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit" and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection. If you have access to a digital camera, take photographs of the damage and email them to mukesh@trifibre.co.uk.
