Trifibre has produced a flight case for Vexim Medical, a French company dedicated to providing clinically and scientifically proven solutions for minimally invasive procedures for patients suffering from Vertebral Compression Fractures (or compression fractures). The case was a designed with varying height shelves to hold the various size and shape products in the range.
Take a look at this medical implant tray we made recently. One of our medical clients sent us some implant samples for our design team to measure up and program into our CAD system. Once the profiles of the implants have been programmed into the computer – a process known as digitizing, it is then fed into our CNC router where the profiles are cut out from a piece of high density polyethylene foam laminated with a sheet of PVC plastic. As a finishing touch, the names and references of each implant were screen-printed onto the PVC.
