Flight Case Furniture Project for Formula 1 Team

This project was to design and build some serious Furniture Flight Cases for the Formula 1 team Williams, Williams are one of the world’s leading Formula 1 teams. The flight cases were built separately to the furniture, The furniture was then slotted in to the flight case allowing the wardrobe to be transported from place to place safely.. Custom Flight case for U.S. Sport Motorbike Manufacturer

Our recent task was to manufacture a custom flight case to protect motorbikes whilst transporting them around. At Trifibre we have invested heavily on software’s, machinery and highly skilled manufacturers, which gives Trifibre the capability to build products of all sizes. Our recent project was to manufacture a custom flight case for a U.S. Sport bike manufacturer “Erik Buell Racing”. Formula 1 Sets Up For New Season Using Trifibre Cases For Engine Parts

As Formula One teams prepare for the 60th World Championship season which starts on Sunday in Australia, Trifibre have been busy building and supplying cases to house engine parts. The 2009 season will see teams travel to 17 different countries across the world by land, sea and air using Trifibre cases to protect their equipment. Trifibre on a roll after deals with McLaren F1, Rolls-Royce and Jools Holland

A factory which custom-makes cases is expanding after winning lucrative contracts with the Ministry of Defence, Rolls-Royce and a number of rock bands. Trifibre is creating jobs and moving from premises in Britannia Way, Thurmaston, after securing the deals – worth hundreds of thousands of pounds – in the past few months. The business, now in Gorse Hill Industrial Estate, Leicester, said it was able to cater for huge demand for its products and compete with similar factories in China after fitting a hi-tech, £300,000 machine last year.
