A Selection Of Trifibre’s In House Machinery

Trifibre is an established manufacturer and our ambitions drive investment into our machinery, manufacturing processes, and systems. Here is a glimpse at a very small selection of our in house machinery!

Trifibre rotationally moulds it’s own range of cases as well as a variety of non case related products for a diverse range of market sectors. This is one of our Rotational Moulding machines. This machine is a traditional type roto moulding machine with 2 arms consisting of 2 mounting plates on each. The oven is positioned centrally to allow one arm to run whilst the other is loaded/unloaded.

This Biesse CNC routing machine is the ‘rolls royce’ of CNC routers and operates constantly within our 70’000 sq ft. factory. It has a self loading bed and unloading conveyor so that we can line jobs up to be cut with maximum efficiency. All of our flight cases are CNC precision routed prior to manufacture, creating uniformly manufactured cases time after time.

The Roctech CNC machine is the latest addition to our small army of CNC routing machines. It has x2 heads both with auto tool changers and oscillating knives. Its bed is large enough for x2 full sheets of high density plastazote foam to be routed simultaneously in tandem.

Our Vutek QS2000 is a 2000mm UV printer. UV printing uses ultraviolet curing technology to dry wet ink immediately. We use this machine to offer digitally printed cases to our customers as well as a small selection of top selling portable display items such as roller banners and pop up banners from a top brand at competitive prices.

This Addison CNC double mitre saw cuts our aluminium extrusions efficiently and accurately and is in constant use. Our flight cases are all completely CNC prepared enabling Trifibre to manufacture custom cases to the highest quality at competitive prices.

This is one of Trifibre’s vacuum form machines. We offer the complete vacuum forming solution from tooling through to packaging. We are able to supply large order quantities to either large organisations or individuals. Our vacuum forming techniques can be applied to a number of different markets and industry types including medical, retail, packaging, aerospace, exhibition, education, automotive and much more!
