Trifibre Invests to Add Another CNC Machine to its arsenal!

Trifibre is an ambitious company so as a result we are constantly looking to invest in processes, staff , software and machinery.

Our latest investment commissioned at the beginning of 2020, is a new cnc routing machine. With this addition Trifibre now operate four cnc routing machines which enable us to provide high quality foam cnc routed inserts with maximum efficiency to our customers. 

The new cnc machine has two routing heads with automatic tool changing and two oscillating knife heads giving us the capability to machine and cut two full foam sheets simultaneously on one machine!

Custom foam inserts can be designed and to protect all manner of equipment and provide perfect housing to prevent movement or damage. Foam inserts can be sold on their own or more commonly within the design of one of our custom Flight cases, poly cases, padded bags or within a waterproof MAX case, SKB case, Challenger case or Peli case.
