Trifibre ship out 7 meter long flight case!

We are pleased to have recently shipped out this sample flight case to one of our customers as part of a larger project. The flight case was manufactured and designed here at Trifibre using a mixture of traditional flight case construction and an internal box section frame to ensure this beast of a flight case maintains rigidity and is ready for the rigours that will no doubt come its way!

We would usually recommend against a hinged lid on such a long case however thanks to some clever design and hard work from our manufacturing team we managed to ensure that the lid can be opened and closed to the users heart’s content without overtly straining the hinges and rear panels.  The proof in the pudding of this custom flight case’s strength and rigidity came from needing to be able to fork lift it centrally using the x2 fabricated fork lifting location skids on the base.

The huge flight case will be the first of 20 identical flight cases designed as a solution to meet our customers logistical requirements.
