  1. Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch in-stock items the same day for next delivery wherever possible. Most made-to-order items are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your order. We will notify you of any delay. If you are not notified of any delay and haven’t received your items within 5 working days of the expected despatch date, then please notify us immediately.

Delivery charges for e-commerce orders apply outside the mainland UK, including the Scottish Highlands. Delivery charges for account and pro-forma orders placed via email or with our sales team are priced on an individual basis.

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to duties and import taxes dependent on the destination. Unless agreed otherwise, the customer or recipient is responsible for these charges, which are collected by the courier prior to delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in non-delivery and could impact any applicable refund amount.

Please check your goods for any sign of damage upon delivery. If you feel the goods may be damaged, then please write ‘DAMAGED’ when signing for delivery. Alternatively, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check your goods. If the goods are found to be damaged, then do not accept the delivery.

If you believe you have received the wrong items, please notify us immediately. If that is the case, then we will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item, and you will be sent a replacement. Your goods may be despatched to you without prior warning unless we are warned otherwise. Items shipped overnight via a next-day courier will attempt delivery again the following working day if no one is available to accept it the first time. If no one is available to accept the delivery a second time, the items will be returned to us. If a delivery attempt or attempts are unsuccessful, you may be subject to additional delivery charges .

After placing your order online, you will automatically receive an email as confirmation.

  1. Call off Orders

Trifibre agrees to endeavour to supply the goods called off within a number of working days agreed prior to this agreement on receipt of each Call Off. Trifibre also agrees to ensure the full supply of items ordered within the time period agreed.

In the event that the Buyer wishes to terminate the CAO the buyer agrees that they are liable to pay Trifibre for any materials, goods and/or labour undertaken but not yet supplied in relation to the CAO.

In the event that the Buyer has not called off the Total Order Quantity above by the Final Despatch Date listed on the Order confirmation as ‘Despatch Date’ the Buyer agrees that Trifibre may invoice the Buyer for the remaining quantity of goods as per the unit price. Trifibre, as a result, agrees to deliver the remaining quantity to the Buyer. In some circumstances, Trifibre may be able to store the remaining goods at a storage charge to be agreed.

  1. Cancellation of Customised Item Orders

In the event that the Buyer wishes to terminate the order of a custom item, the buyer agrees that they are liable to pay Trifibre for any materials, goods and/or labour undertaken but not yet supplied in relation to the order.

  1. Rotational Moulding Product Design and Tooling

Trifibre provides a specialised product design service tailored for rotational moulding and partners with a network of approved tooling manufacturers. If you choose to source tooling directly from a third-party supplier, please note that the accountability for the quality and performance of the tooling required to achieve the specified product standards will lie with you (the customer) and/or the third-party manufacturer. Consequently, any expenses related to non-conforming products originating from customer-sourced tooling, including costs for modifications or retooling, will be borne by the customer.

Trifibre shall bear no liability regarding the design of the Goods when the Customer has approved and signed off on the design. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the tooling drawings. If any uncertainty arises, they should seek additional expert advice.

  1. Returns & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing through Trifibre Ltd. We aim to deliver goods of high quality and in good condition; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you need to return an item or items, please contact us in advance so that we can endeavour to resolve your issue in an efficient and satisfactory manner.

You have 10 working days to return or 7 working days to notify us of a non-conforming item from the date you received it.

  1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns on customised products such as bespoke flight and poly cases or custom foam inserts are not eligible for return. For non-conforming items, please refer below.

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Please attach your proof of purchase to the item you are returning. If there are multiple items, please make a note on your proof of purchase showing the number of parcels in your consignment and attach it to one of the parcels. Failure to provide this may prevent or slow the refund process.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it prior to initiating the refund process, subject to our terms and conditions.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

Eligible refunds on returns will be made, subject to the returned goods being in as-new, re-sellable condition. PLEASE NOTE THAT ‘MADE TO ORDER’ ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RE-STOCKING CHARGE to be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds on returns will be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the return. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.

Unless your item is subject to the terms outlined in Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive non-conforming goods, please inform your Trifibre Ltd sales contact within 7 working days from the date you received the item. You may be required to provide images of the non-conformance to assist your sales representative in providing the best possible solution.

Subject to conditions relating to section 5,  Trifibre Ltd will aim to replace, discount, refund, or correct (via spare parts or amendments) any non-conforming goods as quickly as possible and in line with your requirements. Discounts and refunds will be credited within 7 calendar days of agreement, either to your Trifibre Ltd credit account or your original method of payment.

If we are notified after 7 working days, any replacements or credits will only apply at Trifibre’s discretion. In such cases, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the postage of the affected item(s).

  1. Charges, Payments, and Tax

Quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days

Trifibre reserves the right to adjust the price of the goods by providing notification to the customer prior to delivery. This adjustment will correspond to any increase in the cost of the goods incurred by Trifibre due to external factors as outlined below;

– Any circumstances that are beyond the control of Trifibre, including fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, increases in taxes and duties, as well as rises in labour costs, materials, and other manufacturing costs, shall be considered.

– Any request made by the customer to modify the delivery date(s), alter the quantities or types of goods ordered, or amend the Goods Specification.

– Any delays resulting from the customer’s instructions regarding the goods or the failure to provide Trifibre with adequate or accurate information or directives concerning the goods will be addressed accordingly.

Except in the instance of a pro-forma invoice, regarding the provision of goods, Trifibre will issue an invoice to the customer upon or following the completion of delivery, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. With respect to services, Trifibre shall invoice the customer as specified in any relevant order or quotation.

The client shall remit payment for each invoice presented by Trifibre in accordance with the terms specified therein.

Payments are to be made in full and in cleared funds to a bank account designated in writing by Trifibre.

Customers from inside the UK and the European Union will be charged VAT at the current applicable rate. All other orders are VAT-free when you provide a current VAT number

  1. Price Match Policy

We will match any price quoted by other European case manufacturers for the same case or cases of equivalent quality.

  1. Guarantee

Some products within our range are covered by a 6-month, 5-year, or lifetime guarantee (depending on the product type and category) and will be replaced or repaired if faults arise within this time, subject to the terms outlined below for the respective product. Trifibre Ltd will not take responsibility for damage where there is reason to believe that misuse, neglect or accidental damage has taken place. Guarantee repairs must be returned to us at the buyer’s own cost. Please do not return goods without prior authorisation.

12.1 Flight Case Hardware

Guarantees on Flight Case hardware are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee. This guarantee does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by general wear and tear, improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, body breakages, scratches, etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage should be reported to the carrier (e.g., rail or airline company) to obtain compensation from them.

12.2 Challenger Waterproof Cases

Guarantees on Challenger Waterproof TR cases are covered by a limited 3-month guarantee. This guarantee does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by general wear and tear, improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, body breakages, scratches, etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage should be reported to the carrier (e.g., rail or airline company) to obtain compensation from them.

12.3 Rotational Moulded Products

Trifibre’s own Rotational moulded products, including Zeus, Eos, Leonardo, Pegasus cases and Planters, as well as products under the eCommerce category ‘Trifibre’ – ‘Moulded Cases’, are all covered by a limited lifetime guarantee. This guarantee covers the case shell only and does not apply to its fixtures and fittings, such as wheels, handles, foam and catches.

This guarantee does not apply, however, if the usability is restricted by general wear and tear, improper use or externally occurring forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g. deformation, body breakages, scratches, etc.) or by liquids. We advise that flight or transport damage should be reported to the carrier (e.g., rail or airline company) to obtain compensation from them.

12.4 Max Cases

Max cases are covered by a Limited Lifetime guarantee as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Please see below for details. Please see the “How to claim” section below for instructions on making a claim against this guarantee in line with Plastica Panaro’s terms. PLASTICA PANARO SRL guarantees MAX Cases against faults or defects during use due to manufacturing defects. The PLASTICA PANARO SRL injection moulding cases are guaranteed watertight up to 1 meter depth for a duration of 30 minutes (IP67) if properly closed with the seal intact and properly inserted into the cover, unless otherwise indicated. Within the limits permitted according to the law, the responsibility of PLASTICA PANARO SRL is limited to the case and not to its contents, the rubber foam or damages to persons caused by defective products. There exists no right to execute the warranty, for which all complaints of any type shall be rejected, if any repairs or interventions were made by persons not authorized by the manufacturer, or if the cases were altered, damaged, physically modified, mistreated, used improperly, with negligence, imprudence or inexperience by the purchaser or third parties, or if they were the object of an accident or erroneous use. PLASTICA PANARO SRL will decide to apply this warranty and replace or repair the faulty or defective case or part of the same, exclusively at its own discretion. Within the limits set forth by law: This warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implicit, including, but not limited to, implied guarantees of marketability and suitability for the specific purpose.  Therefore by way of this warranty certificate all other implicit warranties and any responsibilities not directly derived from the contract are excluded and are not acknowledged. Within the limits set forth by the law, PLASTICA PANARO SRL shall not in any case be held responsible for any indirect, punitive, accidental or consequential damages, or any special types of damage, independently of the fact that the complaint for said damages is based on this warranty.  Within the limits set forth by the law, in no case will the responsibility of PLASTICA PANARO SRL to the purchase, as set forth herein, exceed the purchase price of the product for which the fault or defect is being claimed.  The purchaser, to exercise their rights, must report any faults or defects within two months of discovery of the same.  In the case of replacement of the product or a component by PLASTICA PANARO SRL, the product or the single component will not incur a new warranty period, but will continue the warranty period based on the date of purchase of the original.

12.5 SKB and Peli Cases

12.6 Who is Covered

Trifibre Ltd provides a 6 month, 5 years and LIFE guarantee (depending on the product category) on the products you purchase in accordance with the conditions above for the first purchaser or person receiving the product as a gift, starting with the purchase date (guarantee period).

12.7 How to Claim

To claim our guarantee, immediately inform Trifibre Ltd of any defect within the guarantee period. Trifibre Ltd will then decide whether the defect is covered by the guarantee. If the defect is covered, you will be asked to send the product along with its proof of purchase to Trifibre Ltd. Trifibre Ltd will then repair or replace the product at its own cost and pay the return consignment costs. The sending costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product is irreparable and is no longer in production, it may be replaced with a comparable successor product. Incidental and consequential damage are not included under this guarantee. The guarantee is limited to the product’s value. If Trifibre Ltd agrees a guarantee case, claims from this guarantee lapse six months after they have been asserted, but not before expiry of the guarantee period. This guarantee grants you exclusively the rights described above.
