A Trifibre 19 inch rack case is built to last from durable, impact-resistant materials to protect your valuable gear from damage during transportation. These cases are also designed for stacking and mounting, minimising risks during handling too.
A rack case can be used to safely store and securely transport electronic equipment, such as computer or audio visual equipment. A rack flight case helps to protect high-value gear from expensive damage, and can be vertically stacked for efficient storage. As a result, rack cases are often used in data centres or studio environments.
Our rack cases are typically made from durable materials, including 9mm phenol-coated birch plywood and 9mm Hexaboard, with heavy duty finishes including steel corners and aluminium extrusions. For particularly large rack cases that are required to hold a lot of weight, we sometimes also spec 12mm phenol-coated birch plywood or 12mm with laminate. The materials a rack mount flight case is made from are chosen for their strength, durability, and impact-resistance.
